The Best Team-Building Activities for Small Groups

If you are trying to plan a team-building event for a small group, you may find that many activities are designed for groups of 100 or more.

If your group has fewer than fifty people, you may already know each other pretty well. Small groups can focus on their shared interests as well as the opportunity to get creative, let loose, and learn something new.

When it comes to the best team-building activities for a small group, you can choose between in-person and virtual classes. In-person sessions tend to be smaller and more intimate than online offerings. They blend hands-on fun with a chance to connect and laugh with teammates. While virtual classes are designed to accommodate large groups, they can work for small teams, too. Whether it’s a holiday-themed gathering, an art session, or guided meditation, these activities add joy and a touch of relaxation that’ll have everyone talking for weeks!

 1. Holiday Magic

A small group has more choices when it comes to planning a holiday celebration. Mixology classes featuring festive cocktails are a way to go beyond the usual drinks and dinner.

A cookie decorating course is a fun and relaxing way to spend some time. You can also choose a gift-giving activity. In a classic Secret Santa Event, each person unwraps their gift while others guess who chose it—a bonding experience filled with laughter and surprises.

Up to $20 off your first class. 10% Reward Points on every purchase. Price lock guaranteed. No added fees.
